Yan Kaner joined 8 News Now as a Digital Content Producer in September 2021. A Brooklyn native, Yan has nearly 15 years of experience working as a news professional in America’s number one market.
Before moving to Las Vegas to begin a new chapter with his partner, Yan developed his talents at the flagship CBS station WCBS-TV and Nexstar’s WPIX-TV in New York. During his tenure on the Assignment Desk, he also wrote online content as a Digital reporter; contributing updates to the station’s social media platforms.
