Madison Kimbro joined the 8 News Now team in October of 2020.
Originally from Los Angeles, California, Madison attended college at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
From there, she started her journalism career in Yuma, Arizona. It is there that she worked as an anchor, reporter, and producer and truly learned the craft. After spending almost three years in Yuma, Madison moved to Virginia Beach, Virginia where she was a morning reporter.
Missing home on the west coast, she was thrilled to be offered the opportunity to report closer to home in the “Entertainment Capital of the World.”
Among other interests, Madison loves the outdoors, exploring new places, restaurants and hanging with her human and furry friends. She is a major animal lover!
