If charges of criminal neglect go forward, they could see a potential of thousands of years in prison.
The city said the clinic demonstrated a willful failure to be sanitary and called it a public nuisance.

Diabetic patients who have undergone procedures at the Endoscopy Center have special concerns. Diabetes by itself is already a risk factor for liver disease. So, some patients are worried that if they also contract hepatitis-C, they may be at higher risk for complications.More>>

The State Board of Nursing has ordered five nurse anethesists associated with the Endoscopy Center of Southern Nevada to give up their licenses.
