This Wednesday's Child is personality plus! She just turned nine, but Jasmine wants to be everybody's friend. What she needs is a forever home.
Is it any surprise the Jasmine's role model is Beyonce? This bundle of energy can win you over in a matter of minutes.
"Jasmine has such a great sense of humor. She's really funny, and she always makes me laugh every time I'm around her," says Natalie, Jasmine's caseworker.
Jasmine has a short attention span, but she understood why we were taking video that day. In fact, Dave asked her if she'd like to have a permanent family.
"Yeeeesssss! That would be great!" exclaimed Jasmine.
And when Dave asked her what kind of family she'd like, she was pretty clear.
"I would like a family that would love me," admitted Jasmine.
Jasmine clearly needs structure and direction.
"She needs one-on-one. She needs a lot of direct parenting, so she needs someone that's going to be able to be there pretty much for her every minute of every day. 'Cause if she's kinda left to her own, she'll kinda stray," said Natalie.
But overall, Jasmine is a lovely child who is full of affection.
"You know, she's really friendly, she's really good with other children. Animals, she loves animals. She just has a kind soul. She doesn't have a mean bone in her body. She's really, really adaptable and easygoing, and she's so well adjusted, that I think she'd do well anywhere," continued Natalie.
No lack of enthusiasm with this girl. If you'd like to bring her into your home and your life,
