A Good Samaritan foiled the last recorded kidnapping attempt by following the suspect and this time it was the girl who fought back against her attacker.

Unfortunately, that predator is still on the loose tonight, which is causing fear in one local community, where he tried to grab the girl right off the street as she walked home from school.

Parents in the community are very concerned, so they are doing what they can. They're warning their children and keeping a lookout.

In this middle class neighborhood, you'll find plenty of children walking to and from school.

Crickett says they are hoping for and are need of the public's assistance in apprehending this person.

The recent attempted kidnapping has parents reinforcing some lessons to all of her children including seven-year-old KeJuan.

John Ream is another parent that has plenty of concern as he has five children. "It can be kind of disconcerting. He added that he would keep a better eye on traffic and to tighten things up a little.

And police tell us that parents throughout the valley should be concerned because this suspect because he could be anywhere. He's described as a Hispanic male, 5' 3", very heavy, between 40 and 50-years-old, With salt and pepper hair. He was wearing a thick silver ring on his right hand.
