LAS VEGAS -- Metro Police busted a marijuana grow house near Jones Boulevard and Patrick Lane Thursday night.
Metro responded to the home on Sobb Avenue between 5:30 p.m. and 6 p.m. Police arrested 39-year-old Joshua Joslyn on three felony charges, including unlawful production of marijuana, possession of marijuana and possession of a firearm.
Police say he had 157 marijuana plants and one pound of harvested marijuana ready for sale. Metro says Joslyn converted three rooms of the home into a grow facility.
Metro has about 1,100 patrol officers, but not all of them are wearing body cameras. 8 News Now's Vanessa Murphy talks to the Deputy Chief in charge of the program to see who is wearing the cameras and why the process is slow-going.More>>
