How to help Beck, Soldo, Wilcox families

Events are happening across the community to help raise money for the families of fallen officers Alyn Beck, Igor Soldo, and bystander Joseph Wilcox, who were all killed in the shooting rampage on June 8. Bank accounts have also been set up to help the families of all three.

Friday June 20:


Participating Southern Nevada McDonald's Restaurants
Open to Close

During the one-day fundraiser, participating restaurants will donate $1 from every breakfast sandwich, large sandwich, McWrap and premium salad purchased.

Saturday, June 21:

Colosseum Training Center
3306 St. Rose Parkway, Suite 110

Hero Workout of the Day and barbecue.
11 a.m. - Hero WOD begins 12 p.m. - Barbecue. All of the proceeds from the event, including all donations, will benefit the grieving families.

United Citizens Foundation
Origin India Restaurant
4480 Paradise Road

Fundraising dinner from 6 to 9 p.m. All proceeds will be donated to the families of the victims.

Between 2 and 10 p.m., the restaurant will donate 50 percent of all proceeds to  Injured Police Officer Fund and the Joseph R. Wilcox Memorial Fund.
