Fire destroys vacant home in downtown Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS -- Las Vegas Fire and Rescue is investigating the cause of a fire at a vacant downtown home.

The fire erupted Wednesday at approximately 10:30 p.m. at a home on Bonita Avenue near East St. Louis Avenue and Spencer Street. Firefighters say the blaze damaged two power poles in addition to the home.

No one suffered injuries from the fire.
