LAS VEGAS -- There are numerous events around the Las Vegas valley and southern Nevada on the Fourth of July. You can find everything from a small town parade to an extravagant fireworks show.

Rock of Vegas Summer Concert

The Fremont Street Experience is offering a free concert featuring Papa Roach, POD and LIT at the Third Street Stage, starting at 9 p.m. Friday, July 4.

Station Casinos hosting 4th of July Fireworks Show

Station Casinos will again host the largest 4th of July fireworks show in southern Nevada on Friday, July 4 after 9 p.m. A nine-minute show will be launched from Green Valley Ranch Resort and Red Rock Resort. The show will be produced by Grucci's of New York, one of the premiere fireworks companies in the world.

Stratosphere's Fun on the 4th

The Stratosphere is offering a pool party, concert and fireworks on the Fourth of July. The pool party will feature a live concert with Zowie Bowie. There will be a fireworks display by Grucci. Tickets are $10 and the party starts at 6 p.m. Families can watch the fireworks from the tower with a view of the valley. Tower admission tickets will be $28 for the general public and $10 for hotel guests. For more information, click here.

Fireworks Viewing from The Linq

Riders on the High Roller will be able to view two fireworks displays starting around 9 p.m. when Caesars Palace has its show and again at 9:30 p.m. when fireworks are set off from the High Roller lot. General admission tickets will be $49.95 and include a drink. Renting a personal cabin will cost $2,500.

Mandalay Bay Beach

Las Vegas rock band Phoenix will perform. There will be an after-concert fireworks display open to all ages. Doors open at 8 p.m. and tickets are $20 a person. Family four-packs are available for $60.

UNLV Community Band benefit for U.S. Vets at Sun City MacDonald Ranch

The UNLV Community Band will perform at 7 p.m. Wednesday, July 2 at Sun City MacDonald Ranch, 2020 W. Horizon Ridge Parkway. Admission is free. The concert will benefit U.S. Vets which helps military veterans and their families transition from military service to civilian work.

Stars, Stripes & Sparks Independence Day

Providence's Knickerbocker Park will host an Independence Day celebration starting at 6 p.m. Friday, July 4. Fireworks start at around 9:15 p.m. The park is located at 10695 Dorrell Lane, just off the northern beltway at Hualapai Way. Various food and treat options will be available to purchase, including local food trucks. Event attendees are encouraged to bring picnic baskets, chairs and coolers. The event is free.

Primm Valley's Annual Show

Primm Valley Casino Resorts will light up the sky with a spectacular fireworks show on July 4th. The show will start at dusk and will be set against the desert scenery and away from city lights. The show will last for 18 minutes. People are encouraged to arrive earlier in the day to secure a good viewing spot in the Star of the Desert Arena parking lot at Buffalo Bill's.

Rockets over the Red Mesa

Eureka Casino Resort in Mesquite will host the Independence Day party Friday, July 4. The Nevada POPS Orchestra will be back again this year with a full 31-piece orchestra performing a 75-minute program, highlighting 100 years of American music. This free event will begin at 6:00 p.m. A live performance from the Nevada POPS Orchestra at 8:00 p.m., followed by fireworks at 9:00 p.m. The orchestra will accompany the fireworks show to celebrate Independence Day in true American style. Everyone is invited to attend this free event. Guests are encouraged to bring their own chairs to the viewing area, which will be set up behind the Eureka Casino Resort.

Rockets over the River

The skies over Laughlin will transform into a spectacular canvas of color during Rockets Over the River on Friday, July 4. The magnificent pyrotechnic display begins at dusk around 9 p.m. with fireworks launched and mirrored over the Colorado River. Patriotic music will also be broadcast simultaneously by Laughlin hotels and radio stations: KFLG, LUCKY98, The Knack, KAAA/KZZZ and KSTAR. This all-American celebration is free and open to the public with the best viewing spots located along the Laughlin River Walk and Laughlin hotels and casinos.

Damboree Celebration in Boulder City

66th annual Boulder City Damboree Celebration "Wings of Freedom" started with a pancake breakfast at Bicentennial Park. The parade started at 9 a.m. Festivities continue at Broadbent Memorial Park through 1 p.m., including games, contests, a flag raising and live entertainment. Festivities continue at Veterans' Memorial Park at 6 p.m. with music, games and food. The fireworks show starts at 9 p.m. Parking is $10.
