LAS VEGAS -- The teenager who crashed his car into a restaurant pleaded guilty Thursday to two counts of felony DUI.
Gage Lindsey, 19 of Las Vegas, agreed to plead guilty and in exchange, prosecutors agreed to drop four other charges against him.
Lindsey had Xanax and more than three times the legal limit of marijuana in his blood when he crashed his car into the Egg & I restaurant on Sahara Avenue on April 1, 2013.
Ten people were hurt in the crash. His sentencing is set for July 30.
