LAKE MEAD, Nev. -- The body of a man who disappeared at Lake Mead earlier this month has been found, according to the National Park Service.
The body of a 45-year-old man who disappeared May 10 was found just before 10 a.m. Thursday morning south of Castle Reef by park rangers.
The man disappeared while swimming in the area. He was not wearing a life jacket. The Clark County Coroner's Office will release the man's name and the cause of death.
The National Park Service, Nevada Department of Wildlife and volunteers with Earth Resource Group have been searching for the victim since he disappeared.
