Federal prosecutors say on April 30, a Henderson Police detective found an ad on Craigslist from a man seeking females for sex. The ad included a nude photograph.
The undercover detective posed as a 13-year-old girl started an exchange with the man, who prosecutors say was Pincombe. Over the next two days, Pincombe exchanged sexually explicit emails and text messages with the person he believed to be a young girl, prosecutors said. One message included a sexually explicit photograph of himself.
Pincombe was arrested in the parking lot of a shopping center in Henderson where he had agreed to meet the girl for a sexual encounter.
The FBI, Henderson Police and the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force are all investigating the case.
The case was brought by Project Safe Childhood launched by the Department of Justice to combat child sexual exploitation and abuse.
