LAS VEGAS -- A Clark County grand jury has indicted a California man on several charges connected to a double stabbing that happened in September 2013.
According to prosecutors, Toan Vo, who was 19 years old at the time of the crime, stabbed two people because he didn't like they way they looked at him. They men were on a walkway between the Luxor and the Excalibur hotels when the confrontation happened.
The grand jury indicted Vo on several counts, including two counts of attempted murder and three counts of assault with a deadly weapon. In all, he is facing 10 charges.
Defense attorneys say Vo was acting in self defense.
The judge set bail at $200,000. His next court appearance is set for May 8.
