LAS VEGAS -- The longest-running show on the Las Vegas Strip is set to make a comeback next month after undergoing a "major transformation."

Jubilee! is set to reopen at Bally's on March 17. Tickets go on sale on Friday at 10 a.m., a news release said.

"While the best of the show's main elements will be preserved as a nod to the original production, the choreography, staging and music will be refreshed for today's audience," a release said.

The show first opened on July 30, 1981. The show temporarily closed on Jan. 30 while the show was overhauled.
