LAS VEGAS -- Clark County fire officials confirm that Kirk Bills was arrested by the FBI Violent Crimes Task Force out of Chicago in Crown Point, Indiana.

Bills was wanted in connection with a fire at Prince and Princess Puppies and Boutique that happened in the early morning hours of Jan. 27.

Investigators said Bills was captured on surveillance video, along with pet store owner Gloria Lee, pouring gasoline throughout the store, including on the kennels of 27 puppies.

Bills was booked into the Lake County Jail in Crown Point and there is no word yet on when he'll be extradited back to Las Vegas.

The LVMPD Career Criminal Section, the Clark County Fire Department's Fire Investigation Division, the Clark County District Attorney's Office, and the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms all assisted the FBI with this case.

In a court appearance Friday, Lee's bail was set at $310,000 and she was taken into custody.
