LAS VEGAS - A viewer asks if plans are in the works to repave westbound Reno Avenue between Maryland Parkway and Spencer Street.
The viewer says crews temporarily fix potholes on this street, but the potholes return a few months later. She wonders if this stretch of road can be repaved instead of repaired.
Clark County road crews patched the potholes in early December. They also observed additional potholes developing and returned in mid-December to repair those.
Repaving this road could still occur. This section of Reno is up for consideration for 2014 pavement rehabilitation. If approved, crews will repave Reno Avenue, instead of just refilling the potholes.
