Police Arrest Men Accused of Assaulting, Robbing Teen

Posted: Updated:

LAS VEGAS -- Metro Police arrested three men Tuesday in connection with the assault and robbery of a teenager.

Police say the 16 year-old male and a female were walking down the street, when they were approached by the three suspects. The suspects questioned the female about money owed from a previous drug deal.

The men left, but returned a short time later, prompting the female to run.

Police say the suspects grabbed the 16-year-old, threw him in their vehicle and demanded information about the girl and the teen's brother. The suspects allegedly assaulted the teen, stripped him of his clothes, iPod and iPad and dropped him off at another location.

The suspects discarded the teen's clothes some distance away. Police eventually tracked them down at a home on Colbath Street near Charleston Boulevard and Nellis Boulevard. After a standoff, police apprehended the three men.
