LAS VEGAS -- Thousands are expected to attend the Martin Luther King parade in downtown Las Vegas on Monday.

There are more than 130 entries in this year's parade, including floats, marching bands, dancers and motorcades with cars and motorcycles.

MGM Resorts is sponsoring the parade to commemorate Dr. King's legacy. This is the parade's 32nd year.

"Dr. King was one of the world's greatest human rights leaders. His blueprint for peace is still important today," said Wendell Williams, a founder of the non-profit Dr. Martin King, Jr. Committee.

The parade will start at 10 a.m. at Fourth Street, and head north on Fourth to Ogden, where it will conclude.
