Longtime Vegas Hypnotist Killed in High-Rise Fall

LAS VEGAS -

Longtime Las Vegas Hypnotist Scott Lewis was killed after plunging seven stories from a high-rise apartment in Sydney, Australia, Saturday Morning.

According to the Associated Press, Lewis was in Australia set to perform at the Sydney Opera House.

A police spokesman told the AP, officers found Lewis' body on a fourth floor apartment balcony Saturday Morning.

Police have ruled out any "suspicious circumstances" in Lewis' death. The spokesman adds police have yet to determine whether his death was the result of "misadventure or self-harm."

According to Lewis' website, the hypnotist performed at the Riviera Hotel for nine years and had the distinction of being the "longest running family-friendly comedy show in Las Vegas History."
