LAS VEGAS - Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid is in the hospital, following an unknown ailment. Reid's office states the senator was "not feeling well" and was taken to the hospital as a precaution.
Reid's office says doctors determined everything is normal, and the senator is resting. He will remain hospitalized for the time being.
Democratic Sen. Dick Durbin of Illinois opened session Friday saying he talked to Reid and the majority leader feels good.
The 74-year-old Reid suffered a mild stroke in 2005.
