Grand Jury Indicts Las Vegas Man for Murder

Posted: Updated:

LAS VEGAS -- A Clark County grand jury indicted a Las Vegas man for a murder at a strip club earlier this summer.

The jury indicted Herbert Lee Johnson on one count of murder, one count of attempted murder and one count of discharging a firearm at or into a vehicle in connection with a murder at Larry's Villa near Rancho Drive and Bonanza Road on June 26.

According to Metro Police, Johnson shot and killed 33-year-old Lemests Holloway and injured Brian Johnson.

Police believe the three men were involved in a fight before the shooting. It took police several months to track down the suspect. They released surveillance video of the scene in an effort to find the suspect.

Johnson is also facing several indictments in connection with a string of eight robberies throughout the summer. Those indictments were handed down in September.
