Nevada Highway Patrol Investigates Fatal Crash Near Jean

JEAN, Nev. -- Nevada Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal traffic accident that killed a male pedestrian Thursday night. The accident occurred shortly after 6:15 p.m. on I-15 near Jean.

According to troopers, a Chevy Suburban, traveling northbound, struck the man. He was attending his own car that stalled on the side of the highway. The man died on scene.

Investigators are still determining the circumstances that led to the crash.
