LAS VEGAS -- A second suspect in a February shooting at a parking garage along the Las Vegas Strip is under arrest.

Ariya Manoi, 22, was arrested Nov. 5 in connection with a shooting that happened at the Showcase Mall parking garage on Feb. 6, 2013.

According to the arrest report, Manoi shot Jeremy Miller and Troy Price. A third victim, Destiny Garcia, was struck by shrapnel or bullet fragments.

Manoi is facing two counts of attempted murder with a deadly weapon. Miller was left paralyzed after the shooting.
