LAS VEGAS (AP) -- Police say a 35-year-old Henderson man was stabbed to death at Lake Mead after a fight erupted while he was camping with friends.
Clark County coroner's officials say Michael Vincent Favazza died after the fight, which police say happened about 9 p.m. Monday in a desolate area off Northshore Road.
Police spokesman Bill Cassell tells the Las Vegas Sun three friends were camping when an argument broke out between Favazza and the female. The other man attempted to intervene, and the men ended up getting into an altercation.
That's when police say Favazza was stabbed with a knife.
Cassell says authorities are still investigating the circumstances of the man's death. The Sun reports no arrests have been made.
