LAS VEGAS -- Nevada Highway Patrol Troopers have reopened a stretch of Interstate 215 from this mornings fatal traffic accident that killed a cement truck driver near Jones Boulevard.
NHP said the highway opened back up at 615p.m. after an eight-hour closure.
