Diane Tuazon is a weekend weather anchor and news reporter for 8 News NOW in Las Vegas. Before her current role, she was a general assignment reporter for CBS47 in Fresno, California. She also worked as a freelance reporter for CBS Sacramento.

Diane began her television career at the very young age of 12 as the host for an educational TV show that aired on PBS San Francisco. It was that early job that enticed her to pursue a career in television.

Diane was born and raised in San Francisco,California but moved to Nevada to attend college at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. It only took her a year and half to earn her degree in Broadcast Journalism with a minor in Entertainment Management. On top of that, she graduated Magna Cum Laude.

After spending nearly two years in Midland, Texas at the NBC affiliate where she was a reporter/fill-in anchor, Diane returned to Las Vegas to join the FOX affiliate KVVU where she was the multimedia journalist and morning news reporter.

Working in a news department isn't all she's done. During college, Diane worked at MTV networks and Bunim/Murray Productions for the hit reality show "The Real World."

When she's not busy reporting the news, you can catch her spending most of her time outdoors with her Yorkshire Terrier, Honey. Diane lives an active lifestyle and loves extreme sports. She surfs, scuba dives, snowboards, and any other challenge you can think of, she'll take it on!
