SILVER SPRINGS, Nev. (AP) -- Lyon County sheriff's deputies have arrested five suspects in a break-in at the Women's Conservation Camp in Silver Springs.
Three of them barricaded themselves in the attic of an old housing unit at the correctional facility when officers responded to the incident about 2:20 a.m. on Tuesday. A SWAT team was called in and all five suspects were apprehended within about two hours.
Kenneth Curts, Michael Korte, Brandon Quinonez and a juvenile are charged with burglary, malicious destruction of property and possession of burglary tools. The three adults were being held in Lyon County jail with bail set at $54,000.
The fifth suspect, Terry Barrick, is charged with possession of burglary tools and being an accessory to burglary. Her bail is set at $27,500.
