RENO, Nev. (AP) -- A body believed to be that of the state's chief insurance examiner was found in the Carson River on Saturday morning and four suspects have been arrested in connection with the incident.

Michael Paul Evans, 23, was arrested Friday evening in Carson City and Anthony Elliot, 20, was taken into custody early Saturday morning on the Strip. Both men were arrested on murder charges. Makyla L. Blackmore, 20, and Raul Garcia, 22, also were arrested on the Strip on Saturday, both on burglary charges.

The Carson City Sheriff's office suspected foul play in the disappearance of 62-year-old William McClune after evidence of a bloody, violent struggle was uncovered Thursday morning in his apartment.

Carson City Sheriff's deputies were called to the apartment after McCune failed to board a flight with a co-worker and other employees found no sign of him when they went to his residence.

At 8:10 a.m. Saturday, Sheriff's Search and Rescue teams located a wrapped body in the Carson River just south of Carson River Road.  The identification of the body is pending an autopsy.

Sheriff Ken Furlong said Friday that investigators found blood scattered throughout areas of the apartment that indicated an "obvious struggle." He says it appears McCune's disappearance involves a "personal relationship" and isn't work-related.

Nevada Division of Insurance spokesman Jake Sunderland declined to comment on the case, but says McCune has held his position since December 2009.
