LAS VEGAS -- An FBI-led team caught a man Monday suspected of robbing three southern Nevada banks on March 30.
Marquee Munerlyn, 27, was arrested without incident by the Las Vegas Criminal Apprehension Team (CAT) Task Force at his local home.
According to a federal complaint filed in the United States District Court of Nevada, Munerlyn allegedly robbed the following banks:
In each robbery, the subject passed threatening notes to the tellers and demanded cash. During one of the robberies, Munerlyn allegedly told the teller he wanted "no rubber bands" wrapped around the money. No one was injured during any of the robberies.
The CAT Task Force is an FBI-led federal fugitive task force consisting of the FBI Las Vegas Division, Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD) and Henderson Police Department (HPD).
