Former Nevada Supreme Court Justice Injured in Crash

LAS VEGAS -- Former Supreme Court Justice Robert Rose was involved in a car crash Monday morning while on his way to Fallon, Nevada to conduct Drug Court.

Ross, 73, who currently works as a senior judge, suffered rib and sternum injuries, but they are not life-threatening.

"We in Justice Rose's judicial family wish him a speedy recovery," Chief Justice Kristina Pickering said. "His dedication to the Judiciary for more than 25 years is unsurpassed."
