    Lines of people were wrapped around The Lotto Store twice this weekend for the second largest lottery in the history of Powerball.

CARSON CITY, Nev. - The Nevada Gaming Control Board reports Nevada casinos won $909 million from gamblers in January - a drop of 12 percent from 2012.

Clark County casinos won $802 million - a decrease of 13 percent from the year before.

Most Las Vegas metropolitan area casinos experienced drops in their monthly gaming win in January. Only Boulder Strip casinos saw a slight gain.

For the fiscal year-to-date, Nevada casinos have won $6.3 billion dollars. That is up 0.4 percent from the same time the year before.

Nevada collected more than $67 million in fees in February based on the January gaming revenue.
