LAS VEGAS -- The man struck and killed by a SUV on Torrey Pines Drive has been identified by the Clark County Coroner's Office as 60-year-old Joe Edward Collins of Las Vegas.
Police said Collins was crossing outside of a crosswalk near Charleston Boulevard on Feb. 27 when he was hit by an SUV. The SUV continued traveling north on Torrey Pines Drive without stopping.
