Passenger Numbers Down Slightly at McCarran

LAS VEGAS -- The number of passengers arriving and departing from McCarran International Airport decreased slightly in January.

There were 3,124,987 passengers in Jan. 2013, which is a decrease of 1.6 percent from the same month in 2012. While a decrease of passengers was seen in domestic flights, there was an increase in passengers on international flights.

Southwest Airlines has the most arriving and departing passengers from McCarran. They transported 1.2 million people in January.
