LAS VEGAS -- The blackjack dealer viciously attacked with razor blades while on the job is now suing the Bellagio and the woman who allegedly attacked her.

Joyce Rhone worked with Brenda Stokes Wilson and the two had become friends, but according to the lawsuit, the friendship soured and Stokes Wilson believed Rhone was spreading rumors about her.

According to Metro Police, Stokes Wilson attacked Rhone on Dec. 21, 2012 with razor blades. The lawsuit alleges the cuts were so deep they caused nerve damage and Rhone required significant plastic surgery.

The suit claims Stokes Wilson should not have been allowed to hang out at the Bellagio on her day off when the attack happened. The suit also claims, no employees from the Bellagio intervened to stop the attack, instead it was a patron who stopped Stokes Wilson.

Rhone claims she wandered several hundred feet "holding her face together" and bleeding profusely, but no employee security or management came to help her.

Stokes Wilson is also accused in the brutal killing of 10-year-old Jade Morris who was stabbed 40 times on the same day Rhone was attacked. Rhone is seeking at least $10,000 in damages.

MGM Resorts International is not commenting on the pending litigation. They have not had a chance to review the lawsuit.
