LAS VEGAS -- A triple shooting in a parking garage on the Las Vegas Strip was the result of an ongoing dispute between two men after one accused the other of getting him fired, according to the arrest report.

Devante Jeffers, 18, is facing several charges, including attempted murder, attempted murder with a deadly weapon, conspiracy to commit murder and possession of a controlled substance with the intent to sell.

Police are still seeking a second suspect, known only as "Lee", who is accused of pulling the trigger and shooting Jeremy Miller, Troy Price and Destiny Garcia on Feb. 6.

According to the police report, Jeffers said Price and Miller had been harassing him for a few months and challenging him to a fight. Jeffers' parents became involved and went to the pizzeria where Price worked to complain. As a result, Price was fired.

The two men and a group of acquaintances crossed paths on Feb. 6, first along the Strip and later in an adjacent parking garage. According to the arrest report, Price and Miller told Garcia they wanted to beat up Jeffers for getting Price fired. As a group including the three prepared to exit an elevator, they were confronted by Jeffers and the second suspect, who opened fire.

Price was shot in the neck, Garcia was shot in the leg and Miller suffered several gunshot wounds that left him paralyzed below the waist.

Police are seeking a second suspect, identified as Ariya Manoi, 21. He is described as an Asian man, 5-foot-11, 195 pounds, with black hair and black eyes.
