Suspected Grow House Catches Fire

LAS VEGAS -- Clark County Fire officials responded to a fire that appeared to be in a marijuana grow house in the 6000 block of Isabel Cove near Windmill Lane and Torrey Pines Drive.

While fire crews were attempting to control the fire, firefighters located what appeared to be a  grow house with lights and wires running throughout the entire second floor of the home.

The fire was brought under control in within 15 minutes and no one was home at the time of the blaze.

Metro and CCFD arson investigators were contacted to assist in the investigation. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.

The preliminary estimated damage figure was set at $ 100,000.
