PHOENIX (AP) -- Police say a gunman who shot three people at a Phoenix office building got into a dispute with someone at the building.
Sgt. Tommy Thompson says the dispute escalated to the point where the man pulled out a gun and shot three people. Police say one person is in extremely critical condition;
two others have less severe injuries. The suspect is not in custody.
