PHOENIX (AP) -- Police say a gunman who shot three people at a Phoenix office building got into a dispute with someone at the building.
Sgt. Tommy Thompson says the dispute escalated to the point where the man pulled out a gun and shot three people. Police say one person is in extremely critical condition; two others have less severe injuries. The suspect is not in custody.
Thompson did not know what kind of gun was used.
Some medical providers say they often deal with Hispanic patients who are afraid to seek medical care. It's hoped the opening of a new medical clinic will change that.
