Coroner Identifies 2 Men Killed in Crashes

LAS VEGAS -- Authorities say a 77-year-old man who died after a car accident suffered from medical conditions.

The Clark County Coroner's Officer has identified the man as Alan Miskin. It lists his cause of death as a heart condition. Miskin died Friday after his Toyota struck an empty car in an apartment complex parking lot on Harmon Avenue.

The coroner's office also identified the man killed on Sunday as 54-year-old Mark Douglass. His vehicle struck a curb and two light poles on Cheyenne Avenue.

Police said Douglass was stopped at Michael Way where a woman got out of his car. Police say the woman was standing near the driver's door when the car sped off and knocked her to the ground. She suffered minor injuries.

Douglass was pronounced dead at University Medical Center.
