Super Saturday FREE Tax Prep (EITC 2013)

If your household income was less than $51,000 last year, you may be missing out on thousands of dollars in tax credits.

On March 16, 2013, 8 News NOW and our Community Pride Partners, NV Energy, Findlay Automotive Group and Greenman, Goldberg, Raby and Martinez, along with United Way of Southern Nevada are offering free tax preparation! IRS certified and trained "Earn It, Keep It, Save It" volunteers will prepare your tax return, helping you maximize your refund!

This year's event is 9am-5pm:

• Heinrich YMCA, 4141 Meadows Lane, Las Vegas, NV 89107 (Across from the Meadows Mall between S. Decatur Blvd. and S. Valley View. Blvd.)

Individuals must be in line by 4:15pm. And if you are JOINT FILING, BOTH parties MUST BE PRESENT.

Make sure you bring:

• Valid identification (Valid Driver's License or photo identification)
• Social Security cards or Individual Taxpayer Identification cards for you, your spouse, and your dependents
• All 2012 W-2 and 1099 forms you received
• Daycare payment records
• Optional: voided check for direct deposit
• Any other tax documents that you will need

In the last two years, United Way of Southern Nevada has prepared over 11,500 returns, bringing back over $15 Million in returns to the community.
