LAS VEGAS -- Henderson Police arrested a man in connection with the death of a 71-year-old man who was hit by a car last May.
Chester Francis Budd was arrested Dec. 8 on a charge of driving under the influence causing death, Henderson Police spokesman Keith Paul said. According to Henderson Detention Center records, Budd is no longer in custody.
Robert Levesque was walking on the sidewalk of Hampton Road, near Sun City Anthem Drive May 29. At the time, the police said a Jeep driven by Budd left the road and hit Levesque.
