UNLV Loses to New Mexico, 65-60

ALBUQUERQUE, N. M. - The UNLV Runnin' Rebels were defeated by the New Mexico Lobos 65-60 in their Mountain West Conference opener to drop their record to 13-3.

Khem Birch and Anthony Bennett lead the Rebels in scoring with 12 points.

The Rebels next game will be Saturday night at the Thomas & Mack Center against the Air Force Falcons.
