LAS VEGAS - While some shoppers want to save money with coupons, many lack the time to pour through ads and clip them out. Now, companies are offering coupon savings without all the work.
It's called stealth couponing.
If you have an American Express card, for example, you can enroll in the Amex Sync program. It lets you load offers from social media right to your card, so that deal on Twitter or Facebook appears on your statement as a credit. You get the coupon without any clipping.
You can also download the Amex app to retrieve deals in the store you're in and save money. Bank of America credit cards offer a similar deal through the company's Amerideals program.
If you like to eat out, it can be embarrassing to slap a coupon down on the table. You never have to do that thanks to a website called Savored.com. It's a stealthy way of saving money while dining out. Book your reservation through the site, and get 30% off your bill. No one will ever know but you.
