LAS VEGAS -- A local photographer is facing charges of child pornography and Metro Police are looking for more victims.

Police arrested 52-year-old William Thompson in November following a tip from a parent that he was taking explicit pictures and video of a boy under the age of 14 during modeling sessions last year.

According to police, Thompson took pictures and video of the boy over a period of time while they were alone at his business Storybook Studios on Craig Road and Simmons Street and at his home.

In December, police served a search warrant at the photography studio and Thompson's home. More questionable images were found on Thompson's computer, police said. Officers are now looking for more victims because the photographer ran a legitimate photography studio.

"If people come forward and have information, we would like to talk to them. Also, if he has uploaded or shared this stuff on the internet, and if he has profited from it, so that's the direction of this case," Lt. Dan McGrath with Metro Police said.

Thompson did not return messages. A woman inside his home said they had no comment.

According to police, Thompson is under house arrest and is due back in court this month. He is facing seven counts of using a minor in production of pornography and seven counts of lewdness with a minor.

A quick background search by 8 News NOW found that Thompson has worked as a professional photographer at local schools and was involved with a pageant run by his wife.
