LAS VEGAS -- One of the young men hit while walking on a sidewalk has died, North Las Vegas Police confirmed Wednesday.
According to police, the 18-year-old man succumbed to his injuries after being hit in the 6600 block of Gliding Eagle Road Tuesday.
The Clark County Coroner's Office will release the man's official cause of death and his identity.
On Wednesday, the driver of the car, Cristian Diaz, 19, was arrested on failure to maintain a travel lane and failure to obtain a Nevada driver's license. His passenger, Ricardo Velasquez, 18, on possession of marijuana and destruction of evidence.
