LAS VEGAS -- The father of one of the three children who died in a mobile home fire in June has been arrested, according to Clark County Detention Center records.
Shane Gouailhardou, 22, was arrested Sunday and charged with three counts of second degree murder, according to jail records. He and the mother of the two other children, 26-year-old Amy Hatzenpiller, were indicted last week on the murder charges child abuse, neglect or endangerment with substantial bodily harm in connection with the deaths of the three children.
According to the indictment, Hatzenpiller and Gouailhardou were high on methamphetamine at the time of the fire.
David Gouailhardou, 2, Skylar Lafia, 2 and Aryana Lafia, 1, died during the fire at a trailer park near Las Vegas Boulevard North and Lamb Boulevard.
Both Hatzenpiller and Gouailhardou escaped the fire.
