LAS VEGAS -- Clark County commissioners have scheduled a public hearing to discuss the future of the controversial coroner's inquest procedure.
The coroner's inquest is meant to gather information regarding officer-involved incidents that result in deaths. The process has been on hold for two years due to legal issues. The hearing is set for Jan. 7, 2013.
