Rock 'n' Roll Marathon Moving to November

LAS VEGAS -- Organizers of next year's Zappos.com Rock ‘n' Roll Las Vegas Marathon announced Tuesday that the event will be held Nov. 17, 2013, about two weeks earlier than usual.

Online registration will launch for the marathon Dec. 12, which takes over the Las Vegas Strip and parts of downtown. The marathon will benefit the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America.
