Trial Date Set in Deadly Bus Stop Crash

LAS VEGAS -- A trial date has been set for the man accused of crashing into a bus stop and killing four people.

The trial for Gary Lee Hosey Jr., 23, will start on April 1, 2013.

The crash happened on Sept. 13 at a bus stop near Decatur Boulevard and Spring Mountain Road. Police say Hosey was drunk when he lost control of his car and smashed into the bus stop killing four people and injuring seven.

Hosey is facing felony charges that could put him in prison the rest of his life.
