Resveratrol May Help Alzheimer's

Posted: Updated:

The same compounds in red wine that provide benefit for your heart, might help your brain too.
That's what researchers are now working on at the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo center for brain health in downtown las vegas.
The compound is resveratrol, and the Ruvo Center is taking part in a national study to see if it can affect the loss of memory that comes with Alzheimer's.
For more information on how to enroll in the clinical trial, go to  http://my.clevelandclinic.org/neurological_institute/lou-ruvo-brain-health/default.aspx?utm_campaign=brainhealth-url&utm_medium=offline&utm_source=redirect
or call 702.685.7073 or email brainhealth@ccf.Org.

In the meantime, remember: what benefits your heart, benefits your brain, so eat as well as you can and try to work some simple exercise into your day.
