LA Police: 4 Arrests in Killings of 4 Outside Home

Posted: Updated:

LAS VEGAS -- Los Angeles police said four suspects have been arrested in Las Vegas in the slayings of four people who were found dead in front of an unlicensed boarding house.

Police Chief Charlie Beck said at a news conference Tuesday that the four were arrested at the Silverton Hotel in Las Vegas.

Those arrested were Howard Alcantra, 30; Ka Pasasouk, 31; Christina Neal, 33; and Donna Rabulan, 30. All are believed to be residents of southern California.

The suspects were believed to be traveling in a black Audi without license plates. The car was spotted at the Silverton's parking lot and the hotel revealed that the four had checked in Sunday evening.

The car and the suspects were under surveillance by law enforcement officers throughout the night, according to police.

Two men and two women were found fatally shot on a front lawn Sunday after police received a 911 call that led them to a large house in Northridge. Three of the bodies were found face-down.

The four suspects have been booked into the Clark County Detention Center on fugitive warrants and are awaiting extradition to California.

The fugitive team that apprehended the suspects was made up of officers from Metro Police, Henderson Police and special agents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
